The country singer began her Vegas residency in the fall of 2022. Prior to its debut, Lambert shared that her husband Brendan McLoughlin would be present "every single night" that she performs. In an interview with ET Canada in August, McLoughlin confirmed that he would be by her side stage for the shows, supporting her. Lambert mentioned that she and McLoughlin took a month-long break in July to recharge before the busy fall season. They embarked on an adventure in their airstream, exploring the west, engaging in activities like kayaking and hiking. This rejuvenating experience prepared them for the upcoming Vegas residency.

Regarding the preparations for the residency, Lambert expressed her excitement, stating, "We're just honing in on everything, but I'm very excited. It's kind of like the style I've been doing lately, just country western with a lot of rhinestones and fringe, and some fire maybe, so, very excited about that."

Lambert's marriage to McLoughlin took place four years ago, less than five years after her divorce from fellow country star Blake Shelton. Lambert and Shelton began dating in 2006, got engaged in 2010, and married in 2011. However, they announced their divorce in 2015.

Following her split from Shelton, Lambert had relationships with country singer Anderson East for two years and Turnpike Troubadours frontman Evan Felker for several months. In February 2019, Lambert surprised her fans by revealing on social media that she had secretly married McLoughlin the previous month. It is worth noting that Lambert does not have any children of her own, but McLoughlin has a young daughter who was born in late 2018.
