Last year, Sienna expressed that she had never closed the door on expanding her family and decided to freeze her eggs when she turned 40. In an interview with Elle UK, she candidly discussed the pressure she felt regarding having children and the internal dialogue that ensued. She questioned whether she should have more children and why she hadn't already, describing it as a "really loud noise."

Sienna further elaborated on the challenges women face in their 40s due to biology, stating, "That's the headline, or it certainly was for me."

However, upon reaching the age of 40, Sienna made the decision to freeze her eggs. She shared that after being fixated on the idea of having another child, she has now adopted a more relaxed approach, accepting that if it happens, it happens. The existential threat she once felt has dissipated.

Sienna is already a proud mother to her 10-year-old daughter, Marlowe, whom she shares with her former partner, actor Tom Sturridge. She has been in a relationship with her current partner, Oli Green, since February 2022.
