Dash Cam Footage of Zach Bryan Arrest Released by Oklahoma Highway Patrol

Country music star Zach Bryan was arrested on an "obstruction of investigation" charge, with dash cam footage capturing the incident.

In a shocking turn of events, country music fans were taken aback by the news of Zach Bryan's arrest. However, what truly sheds light on the entire story is the dash cam footage of the arrest, giving fans a comprehensive look into the incident.

According to records from the Craig County Sheriff's Office, Zach was booked yesterday afternoon in Vinita, Oklahoma at 6:42 PM on a charge of "obstruction of investigation." He was subsequently released on bond.

In his apology this morning, Bryan acknowledged that his emotions got the best of him, and this is evident in the dash cam footage. The video shows Zach pulling up in his black truck next to the white car driven by his security guard, who had been pulled over. The officer approaches Zach and warns him that he needs to return to his truck or else he could face interference charges.

However, Bryan challenges the officer, displaying his disbelief that he would actually be arrested:

"I'll go to jail, let's do it."

This prompts the officer to instruct Zach to turn around so he can be handcuffed and placed in the front seat of the patrol car. The country star quickly becomes apologetic.

As the situation intensifies, Zach grows increasingly frustrated with the police. At one point, he even says to the officer:

"I'll get back in my truck right now if you let me out of these handcuffs. If you don't, it is going to be a mistake sir. I promise. I know every sheriff in Tulsa, I let 40 of them go to my show. I know you don't give a f*ck but this is insane. This is the second time this has happened in three days. These f**king cops are out of control."

The officer questions Bryan's security guard about his irate behavior, to which he explains that Zach is a musician under a lot of stress and pressure.

To gain a complete understanding of the incident, the full dash cam video can be viewed below.

As mentioned earlier, Zach was eventually arrested but later released on bond.

In addition to his apology, Zach released a video detailing what transpired. He further expressed his remorse in a tweet:

"To be clear in the video I posted, I'm not trying to save face or act like the good guy, I was a complete spoiled asshole to these police officers and I'll spend the next few weeks trying my best to right my wrongs and take back what I said. I do respect police officers and I made a massive mistake. I am embarrassed for myself, my family, and the people I love, but all I can do now is sincerely apologize."

Zach Bryan continues to make waves in the music industry.

Recently, he performed two sold-out shows at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Being a native of Oolagah, Oklahoma, it was no surprise that fans turned out in droves.

The back-to-back shows attracted a staggering total of 37,000 fans, breaking the arena's record for the highest attendance by a single artist over two nights, a record previously held by the King in 2018.

But that's not all. Zach also shattered venue records during his time in his home state.

According to the BOK Center, the Friday night show broke the record for the highest food and beverage sales in a single show, previously set by Eric Church. However, Zach didn't stop there. He went on to break his own record the very next night.

He achieved the same feat with merchandise sales, surpassing the record set by Metallica for the highest grossing single night of merchandise sales by a single artist on Friday night before setting another record on Saturday.

This accomplishment is truly remarkable.

The BOK Center released a statement applauding Zach Bryan's record-breaking two-night run.
