'Caddyshack' and 'Tron' actress Cindy Morgan passed away at 69 from natural causes. Her career spanned decades in film and television.

Cindy Morgan, known for her roles in iconic 80s films Caddyshack and Tron, passed away on December 30th at the age of 69. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office confirmed that she died of natural causes at her home in Lake Worth Beach, Florida.

Born Cynthia Ann Cichorski on September 29, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois, Morgan was the first in her family to attend college, studying communications at Northern Illinois University. After gaining experience in local news and radio, she made the move to Los Angeles in 1978.

In 1979, she gained recognition as the Irish Spring girl through commercials for the brand while also pursuing acting classes and workshops. Her first film role came in 1979's "Up Yours," and she went on to play Lacey Underall in the 1980 sports-comedy "Caddyshack," alongside Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Murray, Ted Knight, and Michael O'Keefe.

In 1982, she starred as Yori in the cult sci-fi film "Tron," opposite Jeff Bridges, Bruce Boxleitner, and David Warner. Morgan also had a recurring role on the soap opera "Falcon Crest" from 1981 to 1990, playing Gabrielle Short and Lori Chapman.

Throughout the 80s and 90s, Morgan appeared in numerous film and television projects, including "The Love Boat," "CHiPs," "Bring 'Em Back Alive," "She's the Sheriff," "The Fall Guy," "Matlock," "The Highwayman," "Hunter," "The Larry Sanders Show," "Galaxis," "Dead Weekend," and "Out There."
