Michael Kim recently shared his admiration for the Zurich Classic and the unique format of playing with a partner. The tournament was won by Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry, who took home $1.29 million each and 400 FedExCup points, propelling them into the Top 15 in the standings.

Partnered with K.H. Lee, Michael Kim finished T11 in this year's Zurich Classic, carding impressive scores of 66, 68, 62, and 72 to finish 20 under par, just five strokes behind the winners. Kim expressed how playing with a partner allowed him to fully pursue his shots without fear, leading to better performance on the course.

Kim also expressed his love for team golf and his aspirations to secure a spot on the Ryder and Presidents Cup teams. He praised his partner Lee for his straight drives and exceptional short game, highlighting their teamwork on the course.

In a recent social media post, Kim acknowledged feeling guilty for not appreciating volunteers enough at the Zurich Classic, pledging to do better in the future. He also shared his love for charbroiled oysters from Drago's Seafood Restaurant, despite his distaste for raw oysters.

Looking ahead, Michael Kim is set to play in the 2024 CJ Cup Bryan Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch, aiming to build on his recent top-20 finishes. His performance in the 2024 season has been promising, and he is eager to continue competing at a high level.
