These cultural hotspots have been producing groundbreaking talent that is reshaping the global music scene. From reggaeton to Música Mexicana, the diversity of Latin music is on full display.

Past editions of the program have featured hitmakers like Peso Pluma, Blessd, Ovy On The Drums, and Maria Becerra. These artists are not only breaking records but also breaking down barriers and reaching a global audience.

The newest class of RADAR Latin America for 2024 features 12 artists from Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and Argentina. These artists represent a wide range of styles and genres, including cuarteto, Música Mexicana, Brazilian funk, and reggaetón Mexa, as well as pop, hip-hop, rock, and R&B.

As part of the program, RADAR artists receive support from Spotify through dedicated playlists and editorial placement. This year, Spotify has partnered with Meta to provide personalized guidance to help artists enhance their social strategies and online presence for greater reach and engagement.

Spotify is also teaming up with the artist-fan community platform sesh to offer mentorship to each artist. Through sesh, artists can build custom strategies to grow and retain their fan bases.

One standout artist is CHOCA, a rising star in reggaetón Mexa from Mexico City. With hits like "Bluntsito" and "Bebe Ricota," CHOCA is poised to take the genre even further. Xamuel, a Brazilian artist with a viral hit, and Joaquina, a Venezuelan American pop sensation, are also making waves in the Latin music scene.

Greccia, a singer-songwriter from Lima, Peru, is blending dream pop, alternative urban, and R&B in her music. With tracks from talented artists in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Peru, the RADAR Andinos playlist showcases the diversity and talent of Latin music.

Magui Olave, hailing from Córdoba, Argentina, comes from a cuarteto family and has made a name for herself in the music industry. With several studio albums under her belt, she is a force to be reckoned with in the Latin music scene.
