On Monday, the Hamptons witnessed a gathering of numerous A-list celebrities at billionaire Michael Rubin's white party. The star-studded event saw the likes of Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Emily Ratajkowski, Tom Brady, and Ben Affleck, among others, donning white outfits as they partied by the pool and danced into the night.

According to a close source, Usher and Ne-Yo surprised the attendees with impromptu performances during the event on July 3rd.

Let's dive into everything you need to know about this high-profile party.

Michael Rubin, the CEO of online sports merchandise retailer Fanatics, boasts a net worth of over $11 billion, as reported by Forbes. Insider's John Lynch previously profiled Rubin in 2021, shedding light on his remarkable career journey. From starting a successful ski equipment business out of his parents' basement in Philadelphia during high school to founding an apparel and logistics company called Global Sports Incorporated (later sold to eBay for $2.4 billion), Rubin's entrepreneurial spirit propelled him to great heights. As part of the deal with eBay, Rubin acquired Fanatics, the sports e-commerce arm of GSI, and transformed it into a major online retailer.

Lynch's profile also highlighted Rubin's close ties with celebrities and his penchant for hosting star-studded gatherings. Over the years, Rubin has thrown Super Bowl watch parties that attract not only sports legends but also A-list Hollywood actors.

"I love bringing great people together," Rubin shared with Lynch, expressing his enthusiasm for these high-profile events.

The white party, as the name suggests, enforces a strict dress code of all-white attire. Rubin and his girlfriend Camille Fishel have been hosting this event at their Hamptons estate for the past few years.

According to Page Six, the inaugural party took place in 2021, serving as a housewarming celebration for Rubin's $50 million Bridgehampton property. Last year's event reportedly treated guests to a $700 bottle of Champagne alongside their invitations.

Insider's source close to Rubin revealed that this year's party welcomed a plethora of celebrity guests. The star-studded list included Lopez, Affleck, Brady, Kardashian, Ratajkowski, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Kendall Jenner, Lori Harvey, Leonardo DiCaprio, Travis Scott, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Odell Beckham Jr., and Kenny Chesney.

The insider also disclosed that Jack Harlow, Scott, and Druski took turns as DJs during the event, in addition to the surprise performances by Usher and Ne-Yo.

Attendees, such as Lori Harvey and Rubin's teenage daughter Kylie, took to social media to share their own footage of the white party, giving us a glimpse into the festivities.
