Kelly Clarkson absolutely shone at the annual Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony on Wednesday, November 29. She flaunted her incredible weight loss in a stunning white coat as she took on the role of host for the event on NBC.

The 41-year-old former The Voice judge sported a festive winter look, with the coat featuring a faux fur collar, cuffs, and hemline at her knees. The rest of the coat was fitted to her body and belted at the waist, accentuating her new figure.

Kelly has firmly established herself in New York City since her eponymous daytime talk show moved from Los Angeles to the Big Apple for its fifth season. The Kelly Clarkson Show tapes in one of the studios located inside Rockefeller Center.

In anticipation of Christmas in Rockefeller Center, the "Stronger" songstress expressed her excitement about considering the city and Rockefeller Center her new home. She couldn't contain her joy at being part of the beautiful New York tradition with the lighting of the tree.

Not only did Kelly host the event, but she also performed several holiday classics. With multiple Christmas albums under her belt, including 2013's Wrapped in Red and 2021's When Christmas Comes Around..., she had plenty of material to choose from.

Having first performed on Christmas in Rockefeller Center in 2003, just one year after winning American Idol, fans have been in awe of Kelly's weight loss throughout 2023. She has been seen rocking numerous cute outfits on her talk show that flatter her tiny waistline and trim legs.

The Grammy winner finally addressed her slim down and shared one of the downsides about it during the November 7 episode of her daytime talk show. In a conversation with guests Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush, the sisters joked about being "chubby" in throwback photos. Kelly added that she went through "many stages" of being "chubby" before revealing the difficulties she faced with wearing jeans after her weight loss.

"I don't fit into mine! I love losing weight. But jeans are so hard. I feel like jeans are so hard when you have a butt and like, a smaller waist," Kelly explained. She also acknowledged that this was a first-world problem and a great one to have.
