A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Nowata, Osage, Rogers, Tulsa, and Washington counties until 10:15 p.m. Strong to severe weather is expected in Northeast Oklahoma on Wednesday night.

Additionally, a severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for Kay, Noble, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, and Washington counties until 1 a.m. on Thursday. Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer warns of large hail, damaging winds, and potential flooding, with the tornado threat being closely monitored.
