The property, which spans 6,600 square feet, had been on the market since November. While the exact amount Jolie will pay remains undisclosed, the initial listing price was $60,000 per month with a minimum lease term of 10 years. Jolie's involvement in the negotiation process was described as "very hands-on," as she personally visited the space multiple times over a span of six months. Despite facing competition from other interested parties, Jolie's concept was deemed the best fit for the building, ultimately securing her the lease.
