The Powerball jackpot for the upcoming lottery drawing on Saturday is expected to be the 7th largest in U.S. history, with an estimated amount of $875 million. If the winner chooses the cash option, they will receive $452.2 million. The winning numbers for the previous drawing were 2, 9, 43, 55, 57, with the Powerball number being 18 and the Power Play multiplier at 2X.

It has been quite some time since the last Powerball jackpot winner. The previous winner was from Ohio and won a whopping $252.6 million on April 19. Since then, there have been 36 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner.

Although no one won the top prize in the previous drawing, two lucky individuals matched five numbers and are now millionaires, as their tickets are worth $1 million each. These tickets were sold in Florida and Indiana. In New Jersey, two tickets matched four numbers plus the Powerball and are valued at $50,000 each. One ticket was purchased at Wawa on Church Road in Cinnaminson, while the other was bought at Quick Mart on Hamilton Street in the Somerset section of Franklin Township in Somerset County.

Furthermore, there were no winners in the secondary Double Play drawing, which had a prize of $10 million. Additionally, no one won the second-prize amount of $500,000. The winning numbers for the Double Play drawing were 42, 49, 54, 62, and 63, with the Double Play number being 21.

The winning numbers for the previous Wednesday drawing were 23, 35, 45, 66, and 67. The Powerball number drawn was 20, with a Power Play multiplier of 3X.

However, players who purchase a $2 ticket have a 1 in 11,688,053 chance of matching five numbers and winning at least $1 million.
