TMZ has learned that Joe has consulted with two divorce lawyers in the Los Angeles area and is preparing to file divorce documents to end his marriage with Sophie. The couple has been facing "serious problems" for at least six months.

Interestingly, Joe has been taking care of their two young children for the past three months, even while his band was on tour. He currently has custody of the kids as the group continues to tour around the United States. Despite this, there have been no outward signs of trouble as Joe and Sophie have been seen together on a few occasions. However, Joe has been spotted without his wedding ring in recent weeks.

In addition to their personal issues, Joe and Sophie recently sold their Miami mansion. They had only purchased the property a year ago but managed to sell it quickly and make a good profit. It seems that their lives have been filled with significant changes in the past few years.

Professionally, Joe and Sophie have been busy. Joe, in particular, has been touring with his brothers and has performances scheduled throughout the winter. Sophie, on the other hand, has been less active in the entertainment industry compared to her "Game of Thrones" days. Despite their busy schedules, both Joe and Sophie are still relatively young, with Joe being 34 years old and Sophie only 27.
