Miss USA 2023: Top 20 Swimsuits

Noelia Voigt of Utah crowned Miss USA 2023, making history as the first Venezuelan-American winner of the competition.

In a thrilling display of beauty and talent, the Miss USA pageant took place at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. With 51 remarkable women vying for the coveted crown, the competition was fierce. Ultimately, it was Noelia Voigt of Utah who emerged victorious, being crowned Miss USA 2023.

The event, expertly hosted by Keltie Knight and Adrienne Bailon-Houghton, showcased the contestants in various rounds, including swimsuits, evening gowns, and interviews. The swimsuit segment, in particular, featured a select group of 20 contestants, including the stunning Miss Hawaii USA Savannah Gankiewicz and the captivating Miss Texas USA Lluvia Alzate.

Ema Koja, the brilliant mind behind Ema Savahl Couture, had the honor of being the official swimsuit designer for the Miss USA 2023 pageant. In expressing her excitement, Koja stated, "I'm thrilled to be a part of this competition. My collection represents the inherent power within each individual and the limitless potential for growth, evolution, and the exquisite beauty of self-expression." Koja also had the privilege of designing for Miss Teen USA 2023, an event that took place the day before and saw UmaSofia Srivastava of New Jersey claim the crown.

The panel of judges for Miss USA 2023 consisted of notable figures in the beauty and fashion industry. Beauty entrepreneur and founder of One/Size Beauty, Patrick Starrr, fashion designer Nicole Miller, esteemed actress Vivica A. Fox, and renowned model Emina Cunmulaj Nazarian had the difficult task of evaluating the contestants and selecting a winner.

Noelia Voigt, the deserving winner, was crowned by Miss USA 2022 Morgan Romano of North Carolina. Romano assumed the title after R'Bonney Gabriel was crowned Miss Universe 2023. Voigt's victory holds historical significance as she is the first Venezuelan-American to win the Miss USA competition. Her previous accolades include winning Miss Teen Florida in 2018 and Miss Alabama Collegiate America in 2020.
