'21 Savage Granted Entry into Canada for Last Night of Drake's Toronto Concert Series'

21 Savage finally performs in Canada with Drake after being initially barred, marking his first performance outside the US since his immigration issues.

21 Savage, the renowned rapper, has finally been given the opportunity to showcase his unique style of Hip Hop in Canada, thanks to the support of Drake. This comes after he was initially denied entry into the country. According to TMZ, 21 Savage was able to perform alongside Drake on October 7th at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, marking his first performance outside of the United States since his immigration troubles began.

The reason behind his sudden approval to perform on Saturday, after being detained the previous night, remains unclear. HipHopDX has reached out to 21 Savage's representative for further information and comment on the matter. It is worth noting that on October 6th, Drake had brought out Lil Baby instead of 21 Savage for his first show at the Scotiabank Arena.

This would have been 21 Savage's first performance outside of the U.S. since his arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in 2019. TMZ reports that the decision to revoke 21 Savage's work permit was made last minute, but the exact reasoning behind this decision is still unknown. HipHopDX has also reached out to 21 Savage's representatives for clarification.

Throughout Drake's It's All a Blur Tour, 21 Savage has been performing alongside him. However, he did not appear for any Canadian dates, though it is uncertain whether this was related to his immigration issues.

In a statement provided to HipHopDX, Charles H. Kuck, the Managing Partner for Kuck Baxter LLC, who represents 21 Savage (real name Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph), stated that his client has resolved all previous problems and will soon be traveling to London. Kuck emphasized that 21 Savage has followed all applicable immigration laws since his initial detention by ICE, and his immigration court proceedings have now been terminated, granting him lawful permanent residency in the United States.

In response to this news, 21 Savage released a video titled "London I'm Coming Home," hinting at an upcoming performance in his hometown. A representative for the rapper confirmed that he will soon be performing in London and promised to share more details soon.

With his immigration issues resolved, there is speculation that 21 Savage may embark on a world tour. Although this has not been confirmed, fans are eagerly awaiting further announcements from the rapper.
