Jayden Daniels had an impressive day, passing for four touchdowns and accumulating 355 yards of total offense against a top defense. LSU defeated Texas A&M 42-30, with Daniels completing 16 of 24 passes for 235 yards and running 11 times for 120 yards. Malik Nabers caught six passes for 122 yards and two TDs, setting a career record for LSU with 186 receptions. The Aggies were within one score after a 51-yard touchdown and an interception, but LSU quickly surged ahead with a 45-yard completion and a 15-yard strike to Kyren Lacy. Daniels also had a 49-yard scramble on fourth-and-4, setting up a short TD run by Josh Williams. Despite the Aggies outgaining LSU, the Tigers' defense held on during a pivotal stretch, allowing them to score 21 straight points. Both teams await bowl bids due out on Dec. 3.
