Destiny's Child stars Beyoncé Renaissance premiere reunion
Destiny's Child reunion at Beyoncé's film premiere. Four bandmates attended the star-studded event. Beyoncé's mom and sister also made appearances.
Beyoncé and her former Destiny's Child bandmates had a major reunion at the premiere of her tour documentary "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" in Beverly Hills on November 25. The star-studded event saw four out of five former band members, including Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, LeToya Luckett, and LaTavia Roberson, but Farrah Franklin was absent. The women made fashion statements at the premiere, with Rowland wearing a silver Jean Paul Gaultier dress and Williams sporting a black, semi-sheer ruffled bodysuit-style gown designed by Project Runway All-Stars winner Bishme Cromartie.
Rowland took to Instagram to praise Beyoncé and the documentary, calling it "inspired" and expressing her pride. Williams also shared her admiration for the film, stating that she danced, sang, cried, and laughed while watching it. Luckett echoed these sentiments, describing Beyoncé as "amazing" and urging fans to support the film. The women also received support from Tina Knowles, Beyoncé's mother, who commented on their social media posts.
At the premiere, Tina Knowles was joined by her grandson Julez J. Smith Jr., the son of Beyoncé's sister Solange. This reunion comes after previous meetups between the former bandmates, such as Luckett and Roberson hanging out at the 2023 Black Music Honors event in Atlanta.
