The Bucks are on a hot streak, winning five games in a row, while the Spurs continue to struggle, losing 20 of their last 21 games. The absence of rookie sensation Victor Wembanyama, who was out with a right ankle injury for only the second time this season, was felt by the Spurs.

Milwaukee took control of the game early on, scoring 21 of the first 24 points. They never looked back, leading by 13 points at halftime and extending their lead to 24 late in the third quarter. San Antonio missed 13 of their first 14 shots, and despite a brief resurgence in the second quarter, they were never able to seriously challenge the Bucks.

Bobby Portis had a strong performance, contributing 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Bucks. Khris Middleton added 17 points, Brook Lopez scored 14 and recorded six blocks, and Giannis Antetokounmpo had 11 points, 14 rebounds, and a season-high 16 assists.

For the Spurs, Keldon Johnson led the team with 28 points and 12 rebounds, followed by Zach Collins with 22 points, Devin Vassell with 17, Tre Jones with 14, and Cedi Osman with 10. Jeremy Sochan almost achieved a triple-double, with nine points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists.

While the Spurs managed to cut the deficit to just 13 points at halftime, they were unable to maintain the momentum in the second half as the Bucks reasserted their dominance.
