Jimmy Kimmel criticizes Aaron Rodgers for 'reckless' Jeffrey Epstein comment
Aaron Rodgers suggests Jimmy Kimmel might be on Epstein list. Kimmel fires back, threatening legal action. Rodgers and Kimmel have history.
During a recent appearance on ESPN's "The Pat McAfee Show," Aaron Rodgers brought up the Epstein court documents and hinted that late night TV host Jimmy Kimmel could be on the list of names linked to Epstein.
Rodgers stated, "There's a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, that are really hoping that (list) doesn't come out."
Following Rodgers' comments, Kimmel took to X to respond, expressing his outrage and denying any connection to Epstein. He warned Rodgers that his words put his family in danger and threatened legal action if Rodgers continued to make reckless statements.
A federal judge recently ordered the public disclosure of the identities of over 150 individuals mentioned in court documents related to Epstein, stating that most of the names were already public and that many had not objected to the release.
Epstein, who was accused of luring underage girls to his homes and sexually abusing them, took his own life in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
This is not the first time that Rodgers and Kimmel have clashed. In a previous appearance on McAfee's show, Rodgers floated a conspiracy theory about UFO disclosures being used as a distraction from other issues, including the Epstein associate list. Kimmel responded on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" by calling Rodgers a "tin foil hatter" and a "Green Bay wack Packer."
The ongoing tension between Rodgers and Kimmel has sparked controversy and speculation among fans and the public.
