Prince William Visits Wife Catherine, Princess of Wales in Hospital after Being Hailed as Her Rock
Prince William visited his wife Catherine, Princess of Wales, after her successful surgery. He will be supporting her during recovery.
Prince William has been spotted visiting his wife Catherine, Princess of Wales, as she recovers from a successful abdominal surgery. The 41-year-old royal, who shares three children with Catherine, was seen arriving at the London Clinic in Marylebone, where the mum-of-three is expected to recuperate for up to two weeks following her planned procedure on Tuesday (16.01.24).
William was seen driving an Audi e-Tron GT Carbon Vorsprung from the back entrance of the facility, followed by a Land Rover Discovery. A statement from Kensington Palace confirmed his visit, stating, "The Prince has just left the hospital after visiting his wife."
Royal expert Phil Dampier described William as Catherine's "rock" during her hospitalization, and emphasized the support she is receiving from other members of the royal family, as well as their children's Spanish nanny, Maria Borrallo. William is also expected to take on the school run for their three children, who attend Lambrook School near their home in Berkshire.
Carole Middleton, Catherine's mother, is reported to be a great source of support for the children, particularly Prince George. It has been confirmed that William will not undertake official duties while Catherine is in the hospital, and a revised schedule for his official duties will be provided in due course. Additionally, neither William nor Catherine will be traveling internationally in the coming months, with Catherine's family set to support her recovery both in the hospital and at home.
