The highly anticipated trailer for Guy Ritchie's World War II action-comedy, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, has finally been released, giving viewers a first glimpse of Henry Cavill's unconventional and unhinged soldier, Gus March-Phillips. The film follows a top-secret combat unit formed by UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill during WWII, as they embark on a daring mission against the Nazis using unorthodox and "ungentlemanly" fighting techniques. Based on recently declassified files of the British War Department and inspired by true events, the movie showcases the unorthodox methods of the special forces group that "changed the course of the war and laid the foundation for the British SAS and modern Black Ops warfare."
Henry Cavill's rugged and rule-breaking character has already captivated audiences, with the actor trending on social media shortly after the trailer's release. The star-studded cast also includes Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Alex Pettyfer, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Babs Olusamokun, Henrique Zaga, Til Schweiger, Henry Golding, and Cary Elwes, all under the direction of Guy Ritchie.
