The first event, Dinner with a View, will take place on Thursday, 16 May at Oblix East. Known for its stylish ambiance and breathtaking views, guests will enjoy a variety of canapés, including tuna tartare tartlets and truffle and ricotta flatbread, followed by a delicious three-course meal. Each dish, from the Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow to the Cedar Smoked Black Cod, will be expertly paired with a Fable Whisky selection, such as Chapter Eleven: Ghost and Chapter Two: Folk. The evening will end on a sweet note with a Pecan Chocolate Bar served with whisky ice-cream.

In June, Oblix West will host the Father's Day Whisky Set Menu on Sunday, 16 June. This event will feature a similar menu to the World Whisky Day celebration, offering guests a chance to indulge in selected whisky blends from Fable. Guests can expect to taste Chapter Eleven: Ghost, Chapter Two: Folk, and Chapter Five: Hound, providing a comprehensive journey through Scotland's whisky regions.
