The Summer Game Fest is here to kick off the weekend with a bang, taking over the spotlight once held by E3. Geoff Keighley's live showcase promises to bring big announcements from some of the biggest names in gaming. The excitement begins on Friday with the Summer Game Fest livestream at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET.

You can catch all the action on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Steam, and X (formerly Twitter). If you're looking for some extra perks, be sure to tune in on Twitch for a chance to win digital goodies through Drops. Geoff Keighley teased some exciting reveals, including Monster Hunter Wilds, Kingdom Come 2: Deliverance, and Metaphor: ReFantazio. There have also been hints and leaks from other developers, such as the Skate team and a possible Civilization 7 announcement from 2K.

While there won't be a flood of triple-A game reveals, Keighley assured fans that the focus of SGF 2024 is on announced content. Expect some world premieres, but don't hold your breath for teasers of games years down the line.
