The 33-year-old, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was reportedly causing a disturbance on a yacht, shouting at those present while exhibiting signs of intoxication. Police officers on the scene detected a strong smell of alcohol emanating from Scott's breath, prompting them to instruct him to leave the premises or face arrest.

Initially complying with the officers' directives, Scott left the dock only to return shortly after, ignoring their warnings not to come back. He later confessed to consuming alcohol, nonchalantly stating, "It's Miami."

The arrest of Jacques Webster, born on April 30, 1991, was confirmed by the Miami Beach Police Department in a statement to the press. Scott's representatives have yet to comment on the situation.
