Lana Del Rey fans were left disappointed when they had to evacuate her highly anticipated first-ever stadium concert at Boston's Fenway Park due to thunderstorms and heavy rain. Despite the 38-year-old singer being prepared to perform on Thursday night, severe weather conditions led to significant delays, with the concert originally scheduled for 8:30 pm ultimately being postponed until 10:30 pm.

Fans were instructed to leave the stadium's field and open-air seating sections and seek shelter inside the concourse as the rain persisted. An announcement on screens notified attendees of the delay, stating, "Due to pending weather conditions, there will be a delay in tonight's performance." Fenway Park officials also issued a no entry warning before eventually allowing fans back inside the venue.

In an effort to keep her fans informed, Lana Del Rey took to Instagram to gauge their preferences on whether to start the concert later that night or reschedule for another day. Alongside a picture of pink flowers, she asked, "Do you want a one-hour show tonight if it's possible and the lightning stops? As opposed to a two-hour show on Saturday."

In a series of Instagram stories, Lana expressed her disappointment at the situation, stating, "So what we were hoping for was to fill the room back up by 10 o'clock and at least do an hour-long show. That's what we're hoping for bare minimum. Worst case scenario, we reschedule for Saturday. I don't know, I'm crossing my fingers and I'm down here with all the girls just hoping."

Despite the challenges posed by the weather, Lana Del Rey managed to deliver an impressive performance of 15 songs for her dedicated fans once conditions allowed her to take the stage safely. Towards the end of the night, she further delighted the audience by inviting special guests like Quavo, Stephen Sanchez, and Mason Ramsey to join her on stage, ensuring that the night ended on a high note for all in attendance.
