The star wide receiver is seeking a long-term deal as he enters the final year of his rookie contract, but the 49ers have yet to meet his demands, sparking rumors of a potential trade.

In a recent interview on The Pivot with Ryan Clark, Aiyuk hinted at where he could potentially end up in the 2024 season if he were to leave the 49ers. Surprisingly, he mentioned the possibility of donning a Niner uniform, a Washington Commander uniform, or even a Steelers uniform.

Both the Commanders and Steelers are in need of a reliable wide receiver. The Steelers' receiving corps lacks depth and experience, with George Pickens leading the group. Meanwhile, the Commanders are looking to bolster their offense around rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, with Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson as their main targets.

Acquiring Aiyuk would come at a cost for any team, as he is a key player for the 49ers. In the 2024 season, he put up impressive numbers with 75 receptions for 1,324 yards and seven touchdowns. Despite the presence of other talented receivers like George Kittle and Deebo Samuel on the 49ers roster, Aiyuk's impact cannot be understated.
