Gay Adult Film Superstar Austin Wolf Charged with Distributing Child Porn

Justin Heath Smith, known professionally as Austin Wolf in the adult film industry, has been arrested in New York on charges of distributing child pornography, according to the FBI. United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, announced the charges in a press release on Friday. The allegations against Smith include receiving and circulating numerous recordings of child pornography, with one particularly disturbing video depicting a young child who was bound, beaten, and sexually assaulted.

Williams emphasized the severity of the situation, urging anyone with information about Smith's activities to contact the FBI immediately. FBI Assistant Director James Smith echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the lasting impact of child sexual abuse images on innocent victims. He reassured the public that the FBI is committed to pursuing and prosecuting those who exploit and harm children to the fullest extent of the law.

Prosecutors claim that Smith used an anonymous Telegram account to exchange child pornography videos with another individual who was also apprehended. Following the arrest of the other party, the FBI engaged with Smith through the same account and eventually persuaded him to disclose his identity, leading to further investigation.

A search warrant was executed at Smith's Manhattan residence, where law enforcement reportedly found electronic devices containing a significant amount of child pornography videos. Smith has been charged with distribution and receipt of child pornography, which carries a minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years upon conviction. Additionally, he faces a separate charge of possession of child pornography, punishable by a maximum of ten years behind bars.

The Department of Justice disclosed that one of the videos discovered in Smith's possession depicted a horrific scene titled "Gay 10-year-old boy tied and raped by adult," showing a child being subjected to abuse by an adult male. Wolf is scheduled to appear in court before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky in Manhattan.

Despite his popularity in the LGBTQ community and substantial social media following, comments on Wolf's accounts have been disabled. A recent explicit post on his account raised further concerns, featuring a sex video with a visibly young male in a shower scene. While the post remains accessible, embedding of the video has been disabled. The case against Justin Heath Smith, also known as Austin Wolf, serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing efforts to combat child exploitation and protect vulnerable individuals in society.
