Aventon Bikes is currently running a special 4th of July sale where customers can receive a free extra battery with the purchase of select e-bike models at regular prices. Due to the expiration of tariff exclusions on June 14, prices have increased for e-bikes and their components. In response, Aventon is offering the free batteries to double the mileage on their quality e-bikes in order to offset the additional costs. While the batteries are valued at $500 each, the opportunity to double the mileage on these top-notch e-bikes is a valuable trade-off, even though there are no price reductions.
