Saints QB Derek Carr active vs. Buccaneers

This comes after Carr suffered an AC joint sprain in last week's loss to the Green Bay Packers. During last week's game against the Packers, Carr took a hard hit to his right shoulder when he was sacked by linebacker Rashan Gary.
