Jeffrey Epstein list associates names revealed
Hundreds of sealed court filings about the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to be made public this week. Names expected include Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew.
A large collection of documents is set to be released this week that could provide new insight into the case of Jeffrey Epstein, the late financier and convicted sex offender. These documents, to be unsealed from a lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre, an alleged trafficking victim, against Epstein's former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, could reveal more information about the allegations against Epstein and other prominent men.
Giuffre alleges that Maxwell arranged for her, at the age of 17, to have sex with Epstein and other high-profile individuals, including Prince Andrew. Although Andrew has denied the allegations and reached a settlement with Giuffre in February 2022, the release of these documents could bring new details to light.
The documents are expected to contain the names of additional associates, perpetrators, and co-conspirators in the Epstein case. U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled in December that there was no legal justification for keeping anonymous the 150 other "John and Jane Does" mentioned in the records. As a result, these names are set to be unsealed after January 1.
The lawsuit filed by Giuffre against Maxwell has been the subject of extensive litigation, with many names already coming to light. These include individuals accused of wrongdoing, as well as those who worked for Epstein, flew on his planes, or visited his homes. Some were mentioned during Maxwell's criminal trial in 2021, while others have appeared in potential witness lists or in proposed terms for searches of electronic records.
The court records are expected to contain details of "Jane Doe 162," a witness who testified that she was with Prince Andrew, Maxwell, and Giuffre at Epstein's New York mansion in 2001. Giuffre alleges that she had sex with Prince Andrew on that occasion.
While Giuffre has made no allegations of wrongdoing by Bill Clinton, the release of the sealed records could provide further information about his relationship with Epstein. Flight logs obtained in separate lawsuits against Epstein show that Clinton flew on Epstein's jet to various locations, but there is no indication that he visited Epstein's private Caribbean island.
Despite the allegations made by Giuffre against individuals such as George Mitchell, Jean Luc Brunel, Glenn Dubin, and Bill Richardson, all of these individuals have denied any wrongdoing. Richardson, who passed away in September 2023, stated that he had never met Giuffre and called the allegations "completely false." Mitchell also denied the allegations, stating that he had never met, spoken with, or had any contact with Giuffre.
As the release of these documents approaches, representatives for those named in the lawsuit have been offered a preview before the documents are unsealed. Clinton's legal team, after reviewing the excerpts, did not object to the publication of the documents, according to Preska's order. This could potentially shed more light on the allegations and the individuals involved in the case.
