New Marvel Superheroes: Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn in Fantastic Four; Release Date Announced

Marvel Studios announces star cast and release date for 'Fantastic Four', generating buzz around the new superhero movie. Pedro Pascal to star.

Marvel Studios has been generating a lot of excitement with the announcement of its new superhero film 'Fantastic Four'. There has been much speculation about the cast, and on Valentine's Day, Marvel officially revealed the lineup for 'Fantastic Four' along with its release date. The new 'Fantastic Four' will feature Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.

In a special Valentine's Day announcement, Marvel Studios shared, "Happy Valentine's Day from Marvel's First Family! Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn are The Fantastic Four. Marvel Studios' #TheFantasticFour, in theaters July 25, 2025."

The cast includes Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.

Marvel also recently released the mini-series 'Echo', which follows Maya as she returns to her hometown and reconnects with her Native American roots. The series showcases Maya's story following the events of 'Hawkeye'. For those unfamiliar with the character, Maya Lopez is the leader of the Tracksuit Mafia and has the ability to imitate other people's movements. Despite being deaf, she does not let her disability hold her back.

Maya is adopted by Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin, after her father's death. She later turns against Kingpin when she discovers his role in her father's demise. Initially, Maya believes that Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, was responsible for her father's death during the Blip.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, director Sydney Freeland discussed working on 'Echo' and how it sets itself apart from other Marvel shows. "It's interesting because we always knew we were going to tell a more grounded, street-level intimate tale. It's more at a human scale, it's not the fate of the universe that's at stake. Our character is involved in the New York underworld. So that means people die, people bleed, they get killed, bones break in our show," Syndey said.

In addition to 'Fantastic Four' and 'Echo', Marvel has a lineup of other exciting projects in the works, including 'Deadpool & Wolverine', 'Thunderbolts', 'Captain America: Brave New World', 'Blade', and 'Avengers: The Kang Dynasty'. These projects are sure to keep fans eagerly anticipating the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
