The primary election results for Mobile and Baldwin counties have been announced, revealing the winners for various county positions.
In Mobile County, Republican Johana Bucci secured the nomination for Place 6 District Court Judge with 24,172 votes (63.89%). Richard Foreman received 11,456 votes (30.28%), while Eucellis Sullivan earned 2,208 votes (5.84%). Ashleigh Long won the nomination for Mobile County Circuit Clerk with 22,865 votes (61.29%), defeating Sharla Knox who received 14,440 votes (38.71%). Nick Matranga was nominated as the Mobile County License Commissioner for the Republican Party with 33,543 votes (81.54%), while David Melton received 7,595 votes (18.46%). Connie Hudson secured the Republican nomination for Mobile County District 2 County Commission with 10,353 votes (65.94%), defeating Doug Harwell who received 5,347 votes (34.06%). Lonnie Parsons won the Republican nomination for Mobile County District 1 Board of Education with 5,108 votes (57.79%) over Grant Morring who earned 3,731 votes (42.21%). In the Democratic primary, Terry Martin Sr. won the nomination for Precinct 14 Constable with 542 votes (70.3%) over Anthony Clarkbanks who received 229 votes (29.7%). Brenda Ganey secured the Republican nomination for Circuit Clerk with 17,780 votes (54.45%) over Kim Earl who received 14,871 votes (45.55%).
In Baldwin County, Andrea Lindsey won the Republican nomination for District 2 Board of Education with 2,285 votes (56.73%) over Carrie Hosier who received 1,743 votes (43.27%).
