The 2024 Primary Election Results have been announced for Conecuh and Escambia counties in Alabama.
In Conecuh County, Johnny Dees secured the Democratic nomination for the District 4 County Commission with 256 votes (53.67%), defeating Wayne Nevlous Sr., Wendell Byrd, and Isaac Bradley. Leonard Millender won the District 5 Democratic nomination with 319 votes (57.17%) over Eric Bailey. John Salter clinched the Precinct 3 Constable Democratic nomination with 30 votes (53.57%) against Anthony Thames.
On the Republican side in Conecuh County, Lee Talbot won the District 1 County Commission nomination with 302 votes (55.93%) over David Campbell. Ray Dewberry secured the District 3 Commission nomination with 373 votes (67.94%) defeating Johnny McDonald and Dillon Odom. John Pate won the Beat 6 Constable nomination with 104 votes (62.28%) over Mitchell Ayers.
In Escambia County, Raymond Wiggins earned the Republican nomination for the District 2 County Commission with 760 votes (66.61%) over Lew Najor. Jerry Wilson secured the District 3 Board of Education Republican nomination with 515 votes (69.78%) against Mike Edwards.
