Phoenix secured a wildcard spot in the quarter-finals when Minnesota beat Oklahoma City, and New Orleans won West Group B when the Dallas Mavericks defeated visiting Houston.

In Miami, the Bucks opened with a strong lead, but the Heat responded with a powerful run. Despite missing key players Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro due to ankle sprains, Miami led 97-93 after three quarters. However, the Bucks, led by Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo, managed to regain control and secure the victory.

In New York, Julius Randle and Immanuel Quickley led the Knicks to victory, while Boston secured a lopsided win over Chicago to advance to the quarter-finals.
